Protecting Artists & Creators

As fellow creatives, we realize that it can be scary to license your creations as Free Cultural Works. We hope to ensure that any works freely released on psychedelic.therapy does not mean lost profits for creators, but rather helps promote artwork that denotes safety and therapeutic value. For this reason, we recommend several guidelines when sharing your work:

  • only share as much artwork as you are comfortable hosting in the Creative Commons space.
  • limit the quality, resolution, or crop of the artwork hosted on psychedelic.training. This helps limit the ability other artists have to remix the work, without first going through the original creator
  • consider your work within a medical, therapy, or education context. What would would be most useful when made available? Limit the pieces you release to only those which you feel would truly serve others when made freely available

If you would like to submit writing, artwork, or media to psychedelic.training but would prefer not to release it under Creative Commons licensing, works may also be hosted on-site with a disclaimer noting the original creator and appropriate licensing. Although culturally free works are preferred for retransmission purposes, we hope to further all creative effort toward therapeutic ends.
